Shipping in South Africa
R100 courier fee domestically. We use courier services to deliver our Bambalams all over South Africa.
Orders received before 2pm (SA time) will ship out on the same business day. Orders received after 2pm will ship the following business day.
Takes 2-4 working days generally for shipping, outlying areas can take up to 4 working days or longer.
Couriers do not deliver over weekends or public holidays.
Shipping internationally
We ship using Fedex and UPS.
Your shipping cost will be calculated at check out.
Different countries impose different duties and taxes on imports. So please keep in mind that you are responsible for any local import duties/taxes into your own specific country (typically based on total invoice value, including shipping).
Returns
Are your Bambalams not the right size? Or are they just not quite right for you?
Please return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. It is your responsibility and cost to get it back to us please.
The item must be unworn and unwashed and still have its tag on. Please provide us with proof of your purchase.
We will only refund/exchange once we have received and inspected the item.
No returns on sale items.
For International returns you are responsible for any import duties back into South Africa.
