Shipping policy

Shipping in South Africa

R100 courier fee domestically. We use courier services to deliver our Bambalams all over South Africa.

Orders received before 2pm (SA time) will ship out on the same business day. Orders received after 2pm will ship the following business day. 

Courier takes 2-4 business days generally for delivery, outlying areas can take up to 4 business days or longer. 

Couriers do not deliver over weekends or public holidays.

Shipping internationally

We ship using Fedex and UPS (and you can choose the cheaper option).

Your shipping cost will be calculated at check out. 

Different countries impose different duties and taxes on imports.  So please keep in mind that you are responsible for any local import duties/taxes into your own country (typically based on total invoice value, including shipping).
