Refund policy
Are your Bambalams not the right size? Or are they just not quite right for you?
Please return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. It is your responsibility and cost to get it back to us please. *Must use a private courier service*
The item must be unworn and unwashed and still have its tag on. Please provide us with proof of your purchase.
We will only refund/exchange once we have received and inspected the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, purchases made using a discount code or gift cards.
For International returns you are responsible for any import duties back into South Africa.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us at support@bambalamlife.com
